Ray Dimakarri Dixon

Ray is an elder and Ngurramala (guardian of country) for his community of Marlinja, NT. Ray’s songs celebrate country, family and culture, but also warn against the imminent threats to his way of life. He is backed by the Standing Strong Band from the Blue Mountains.
